FAQ
Is there a subscription?
No. You buy meeting credits in packs of 10 for €1. Use them when you have a layover; they don't expire.
What do I pay for?
Each completed match costs one credit per side. Three are on the house when you sign up.
Is this a dating app?
No. GateHello is for travellers — business, leisure, students, nomads. The matching algorithm is built for conversation, not romance.
Can I get a refund if my match doesn't show up?
Yes. If you rate a match 1 star with "no-show", we credit you back automatically.
Which airports are supported?
All 20 AENA hubs in Spain at launch, plus 5 common international layover stops. More on the way.
Do you sell my data?
No. Your bio is shared only with the person you match with. Anonymised bios are passed to Claude for compatibility scoring.
